DOMESTIC DELIVERY (United Kingdom)

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days | £4.95 or FREE on orders over £50
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days | £9.95
  • Next Day Delivery: Next working day | £14.95 (Order by 2 PM)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver to select countries in Europe. Delivery costs and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Please verify your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Christmas trees, large decorations, and outdoor items may require special courier services with longer delivery times. You will be contacted if this applies to your order.
  • Multiple items from one order may be sent separately to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.
  • During the peak festive season (November-December), order processing and carrier delivery times may be extended.
  • For lost or stolen parcels marked as “delivered,” please contact the delivery carrier directly using your tracking number.

SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICES

  • Named Day Delivery: Available for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service team to arrange.
  • Saturday Delivery: Available for selected postcodes for an extra charge.
  • Gift Message Service: Add a personalised gift message to your order at checkout.
